چکیده
Peat soil has the potential and is widely available to be used for shallot cultivation with good proper management, peat land classified as marginal various types of plants because condition saturated water, reacts acidic contains toxic organic acids low nutrient status so plant root media that not conducive development it becomes a limiting factor in cultivation. Efforts increase peatland productivity can carried out by adding fertilizers using rhizosphere microorganisms such Abuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), this study aims get dose fertilizer AMF which production on soil. The research method separate experimental design (Split Plot) Completely Randomized Design consisted 2 factors, namely: treatment (M) main plot consisting levels (without application application), second was (O) child 6 (0 tons ha-1 , 3 ha-1, 9 12 15 ha-1) there were treatments each repeated times, January-April 2021 Pontianak City parameters observing height, number leaves, tillers, harvested dry tuber weight, weight diameter. while independently had significant effect observation tubers, h-1 showed results they significantly different from required mines 15, .

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Apple Rootstocks in Calcareous Soil
The effects of three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) species (Glomus versiforme, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus intraradices) were studied on the growth parameters and nutrient uptake of three apple rootstocks (M.9, M.7 and MM.106). The soil medium contained a high level of calcium carbonate (38.65%). The results showed that AMF inoculation could increase almost all growth parame...

During 2001-2002, a total number of 164 soil-root samples were collected from citrus orchards of six provinces, namely, Fars, Gilan, Mazandaran, Kerman, Hormozgan and Sistan va Baloochestan. Soil samples were decanted and centrifuged and spores were collected and examined. Out of 23 identified species, five species were recognized new to Iran mycoflora. New species are as follows: Gomus albidum...
متن کاملEffect of Organic Farming on Spore Diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Glomalin in Soil
In this study, eight soil samples were collected from organic and conventional farms in a central area of South Korea. Spore communities of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and glomalin, a glycoprotein produced by AMF, were analyzed. Spores of Glomus clarum, G. etunicatum, G. mosseae, G. sp., Acaulospora longula, A. spinosa, Gigaspora margarita, and Paraglomus occultum were identified at the ...
متن کاملEffect of biochar on nitrogen retention in soil under corn plant inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
Maintaining the levels of nitrogen in agricultural fields to ensure crop yield performance is challenging due to the complex dynamics of nitrogen transformation in soil. Nitrogen is mainly taken up by plant roots in the form of nitrate, but it is considered as an environmental pollutant that threatens human and animal health. Therefore, it is necessary to use adsorbent compounds to retain nitra...

Organic vegetable production has specific research and innovation requirements which are not shared by other parts of the food and farming sector. A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the interactive effects of few permitted organic inputs such as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, biochar, and different ratios of peat:worm casting on tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) growth, mycorrhizal dep...
